Which workflow should I choose?
Have a novel or short story? Use Adapt. Have an existing screenplay you want analyzed? Use Import. Want AI to improve your screenplay? Use Revise. Starting from a blank page or just an idea? Use Create. You can use multiple workflows — they all share the same editor and credits.
What formats are supported?
PDF, Final Draft (.fdx), Fountain (.fountain), plain text (.txt), Word (.docx, .doc), and RTF. We extract the screenplay or prose structure automatically.
What is a story credit?
One story credit takes one story through a full workflow — New (create an original), Adapt (novel to screenplay), Revise, or Import — from start to finished screenplay. AI edit credits cover edits and chat in the editor afterwards.
Do unused credits expire?
No. All credits — from your subscription and from add-on packs — roll over and never expire.
Can I switch between workflows?
Yes. Each workflow creates a separate story, but they all use the same editor and AI assistant. You can adapt a novel, then revise the result, or import a script and then use the editor to make AI-assisted changes.
